The seller does hereby certify that to the best of my knowledge that dog sold is in good health.  Buyer shall be given 48 hours to have dog examined by a licensed veterinarian after receipt of dog.  Common parasites such as but not limited to worms, ear mites, coccidia etc. are not  reason for refund. The Seller takes precautions to prevent your puppy from having any parasites, but sometimes this does happen.  Umbilical and inguinal hernias are  not uncommon.  They are usually easily repaired at the time of spay or neuter or will usually correct on their own and are not reason for replacement or refund.

Seller will have the pet examined 10 days or less from departure date by a veterinarian if shipped. It will have been vaccinated and dewormed. It will have a health certificate issued into the buyers name if applicable.  Seller is not liable for any vet bills you the buyer incur after receipt of your dog. Care of the dog at that time is your responsibility.

In the unlikely event that a  severe health problem with dog is discovered within these first 48 hrs  and written diagnosis is supplied to the Seller by a licensed veterinarian, dog may be returned to Seller at the buyers expense for refund of the purchase price only, no shipping charges will be refunded.  Seller must receive the puppy back for consideration of  refund.  The buyer agrees that any medical costs incurred are the sole responsibility of the buyer. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Unless otherwise specified in writing, the seller is hereby held harmless for any medical or any other expenses incurred by the buyer.

Deposits and payments placed on puppies are not refundable prior to shipping or pickup unless puppy should become unhealthy while in Seller's care. Seller does not guarantee size, color or breeding abilities of puppy.  Seller does guarantee the puppy you see and purchase online will be the puppy you receive.

It is further understood and agreed that no warranty or representation has been made with respect to the sold puppy, except as forth writing in this agreement. Buyer agrees the he/she understands this contract fully, and that this is under the jurisdiction of the State of Alabama, Marshall County. It is agreed place of venue shall be Marshall Co.,AL.
